I’m a Youth Activist, Evaluator and Researcher with vast experience in Research, Education, Management and Evaluation Development. My main research areas are Evaluations of Educational/Learnership Programmes, Policy Impact Assessment Studies; Socio-Economic Research and Surveys; Programme Monitoring and Evaluations (M&E), Feasibility Studies & Business and Institutional Development. I hold a BA Degree in Politics and International Relations; Honors in Public Policy, Management and Governance, Master’s in Public Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, Postgraduate Diploma in Labor Law from the University of Johannesburg (UJ); two Certificates in Public Policy Analysis and Africa’s Development and Thought Leadership for Africa's Renewal from TMALI; and two certificates in Artificial Intelligence and African Insights (UJ). I am also a Doctorate Student at the University of Johannesburg. Moreover, I have recently participated in the BRICS Summer Program by the Center for BRICS Studies of Fudan University which aims to build a platform of friendship and consensus for young students from BRICS countries. I also completed a Certificate in Public Management with the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centers which is designed to reach more individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 through the Mandela Washington Fellowship, I’m also a member and ambassador of the following professional bodies; -American Evaluation Associations (AEA) (Active Member) -Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute Forum (TMALIF) (Active Member)-Activator at Activate Driver’s for Change (Active Member)-Member at South African Monitoring & Evaluation Association (SAMEA) (Active Member)-Member of Golden Key International Honor Society (Active Member)-Member of Africa Evidence Network (AEN) (Active Member)-Associate Member of Global Network for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) (Active Member); Nominee profile: -Ambassador at SABYA South African BRICS Youth Association (SABYA) (Active Member)-Ambassador at World Literacy Foundation (WLF) (Active Member)-Peer Mentor at YALI Regional Leadership Centre (Active Member) -Volunteer of EvalYouth Global Network (Active Member) As a Professional Evaluator, or my job I have to regularly undertake needs assessment involving different stakeholders and beneficiaries for designing education interventions that aims to improve South Africa’s education. It is also my task to develop M&E frameworks, logical framework and theory of change for educational projects. I was specifically exposed to the entire research process during my Honours and Masters qualifications.
