Damber Raj Bhatta holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from South Asian University, Delhi, India. Immediately after completing his graduation, he joined National College affiliated to Kathmandu University as lecturer and Program Coordinator of Academics and training at National College, where he taught courses on International Relations, social exclusion and inclusion and governance and coordinated the academics and training related activities for four years. Currently, He is Instructor of Travel and Research Department at Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), a premier institution for Tourism & Hospitality Education in Nepal. Before that, he served Consortium for Land Research and Policy Dialogue (COLARP), a Kathmandu based research organisation as Executive Director .He has also the experience of working as the program manager and researcher for the final evaluation of projects assisted by International Medical Corps (IMC) of seven districts of eight components. He is also the research consultant for feasibility study of homestay tourism development at Taragaon Development Board.
